Payment Instructions

Please include your order number in the payment somewhere whether it’s the question or in order notes. If we cannot reference your payment, your order will be delayed.

Order Status

Once you’ve made an order with us and submitted your payment, the flow of the lifecycle of your order is as follows:

 

On-hold: We have received your order, we’re either waiting for payment OR we’ve received your payment and we’ll be depositing it soon.

 

Processing: We’ve accepted your payment, it’s about to be shipped. We do typically do next day shipping.

 

Completed: We’ve shipped/delivered your package. At this time, you should have received a tracking number from us. 

Same-day Delivery (Greater Toronto Area)

Greater Toronto Area

We offer same-day delivery via third party courier within the Greater Toronto Area.

The delivery cut off is 4 PM, deliveries go out at 5 PM, and they go until about 12 AM. The driver will be in touch with you with an ETA towards 6 PM. Please keep your phone available and be ready to meet the driver at the car.

Our service area includes ALL of Downtown, Toronto & the GTA including:

West: Etobicoke, Mississauga, Milton, Oakville. Brampton.

North: North York, Markham, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Thornhill.

East: Scarborough, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa. 

Pretty much everywhere in between. 

Outside Service Area:

We sometimes can arrange for out of area deliveries – just hit us up and we’ll confirm what our deliver partners are able to accommodate.

Canada-wide Shipping

We ship Canada-wide using the following methods:

 

Canada Post Xpresspost: Comes with tracking, typically hits within 3-5 days. We do drops at Canada Post Monday – Friday.

 

Purolator: Comes with tracking, typically hits overnight, but there has been the odd delay here and there. We do drops to Purolator on Thursdays.

UPS: We’re still figuring this out, I will update soon. I think we’ll be doing UPS on Mondays.

This is a craft project, we keep this relatively small to ensure each client can feel comfortable that if something goes wrong – they can reach out to us for a prompt resolution
